Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all no-shows after a 15-minute grace period. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments plus the deposit; unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
